Sponsorship Packages

NEO 2025 is a non-profit academic event organized by Mexican public institutions, aiming to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration among students, researchers, and professionals in numerical and evolutionary optimization, as well as various related topics in Artificial Intelligence, such as Machine Learning. Given our commitment to accessibility and academic excellence, we seek sponsorship support to cover essential organizational expenses.

The funds will be used to:

  1. Support Invited Keynote Speakers – Cover travel and accommodation expenses for distinguished speakers who will share their expertise with participants.
  2. Enhance Participant Experience – Provide coffee breaks and lunch during the two main days of the event to ensure an engaging and comfortable environment for attendees.
  3. Host social events – Organize a welcome reception and a networking dinner to foster collaboration and informal discussions among participants.
  4. Promote Accessibility – Offer registration fee exceptions to selected participants, ensuring broader access, especially for those with limited financial resources.
The event spans four days, with the first day dedicated to undergraduate students and the remaining three days focused on researchers and graduate students. Your support will directly contribute to making this event an enriching and inclusive experience for all attendees. BRONZE: US $1,000:

  • special thanks with logo on slides during opening and closing of the conference
  • logo on conference website and banners of the event
  • announcement of the sponsorship on social media and mailing lists

SILVER: US $3,000 - all benefits of the BRONZE package plus:

  • space for exhibition booth in companies fair (two days)
  • possibility to hand out promotional items during the registration, or to be included in the welcome bag.
  • 1 complimentary conference registration

GOLD: US $5,000 - all benefits of the SILVER package plus:

  • company description on the website and in the conference program
  • 10 minutes during conference opening to talk about company
  • 2 extra complimentary conference registrations (3 in total)

PLATINUM: US $10,000 - all benefits of the GOLD package plus:

  • naming of 1 coffee break
  • naming of one special session
  • 2 extra complimentary conference registrations (5 in total)
